A struggle

While working with queries in ServiceNow, always ensure to write correct conditions. 

Another point to note is queries should not be pulling in large dataset unnecessarily. Contains query is very slow and performance intensive, starts with or ends with are slightly better. Best case is equals to though. Idea would be to pull only necessary data with the right conditions.
